Melbourne and just a short drive from Cocoa Beach, while newly
opened, this restaurant is already redefining the area's dining landscape
thanks to the chef-driven menu of Japanese, sushi and pan-Asian fare.
At the sushi bar, masters of their art deftly prepare beautifully plated
creations such as Seafood Sunomono, Spicy Tuna Temaki, Sushi &
Sashimi Combinations, and House Special Rolls. But the inventive
salads are no less worthy, especially the Asparagus & Crab Salad with
a delicate miso vinaigrette. Meanwhile, from the kitchen come upscale
entrees that include Roast Quail, Filet Mignon, and Ginger & Scallion
Maine Lobster. A Seafood Hot Pot for four is a marvelous way to kick
off your meal here, while the Bananas Flambes, complete with table side
pyrotechnics, is an equally memorable way to end it. Lunch Specials
served with soup or salad are available Monday through Saturday 11:30
